Thank you for contacting us! Please accept our apologizes as we are unable to answer your requests. The amount of supplied magnesium will not be consistent from spray to spray. This Magnesium Oil Spray is not recommended for a direct source of Magnesium, but rather to use as a topical product for the skin. Some Magnesium may be absorbed through the skin, but the amount is not significant. If you have any further questions, please advise!
